Terms of Use for Easystream Septic

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to how you use easystream.property and the referral services Easystream Septic offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number shown, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Easystream Septic Does

Easystream Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop being contacted, email contact@easystream.property at any time.

Ownership of Site Content
